Is It Time for a Second Opinion?

Not happy with your current IT service provider? Not sure that they’re giving you the information you need to move your business forward? Concerned about a lack of response when you call? If you had questions about what your doctor was telling you, you’d seek out another opinion from a qualified practitioner. You would want someone that would listen to your needs, translate your symptoms into a list of issues to investigate, do some tests and analyse the data to give you an opinion or a diagnosis. You may find that there was nothing wrong in the first place OR you may find that there are issues that need to be addressed, but at least you have the peace of mind of knowing where you stand.

The IT world is no different. You may find your IT vendor is doing a good job, in which case you can silence the little nagging voice in your head. On the other hand you may find that they have not made you aware of new technologies that could significantly improve your productivity or reduce your costs, costing you time and money. Wouldn’t you like to know?
