NAXAN Group Incorporated was formed by George Clegg in 1990 to provide expert computer support to small and medium businesses. Our central philosophy has always been to treat our client’s business with the same care and attention that we would treat our own. This means taking the time to understand the issues that influence their business success and then identifying the right IT solutions to support their goals.

Most small businesses have become dependent on their computer systems and are significantly impacted when those systems are not functioning correctly. When systems go down there is a need for responsive support. Not only can NAXAN Group respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently, but we can also predict and prevent many problems through pro-active monitoring and maintenance programs. These services are designed to prevent problems and reduce IT support costs significantly.

Our clients see us as their technology partners, providing advice and support for their IT infrastructure. In this role we help them identify the right solution, implement it, manage it and evolve it as their business requirements change. We have been performing this role, using our standardized client engagement process, since our inception in 1990.

As new technologies and IT support methodologies have evolved over the years, NAXAN Group has added services and products to support the needs of our clients. Small business has become increasingly Internet focused. Today we provide expert web development and marketing advice and services to help our clients with customer acquisition, retention and interaction; including mobile website design & optimization, social media programs, directory placement, reviews, customer rewards, and search engine optimization (SEO).
